FIELDS FOR WEEK 1 & WEEK  2 DAY AND RESIDENTIAL CAMPS







Registration for the DAY CAMPS will begin at 8:30AM on the first day of camp at the field. Full payment and the signed medical form included in the application must be submitted prior to any camper attending camp.

Registration for the Newark Parks and Recreation camps will be held at Downes Elementary School located at 220 Casho Mill Road, Newark, DE 19711 starting at 8:30am on Monday. Full payment is required prior to coming to camp.


Delaware Soccer Day Camps and Residential/Extended Day Camps will be held at the UDEL men's soccer practice field which is located behind the Bob Carpenter Center and next to the Lacrosse Fred Rullo Jr. Stadium at the UDEL main athletic complex on South College Avenue. Once you enter the complex there will be directional signs for Delaware Soccer Camps to follow. Please be sure to park in parking lots and NOT outside the gate to the field when registering. Registration for the EXTENDED DAY CAMPERS during our residential camp will take place on July 18th at 12:30pm at the field. Full payment and the signed medical form included in the application must be submitted prior to any camper attending camp.

Registration for the RESIDENTIAL OVERNIGHT CAMPERS will take place on Sunday, July 15th between 11:30am-12:00pm at the Ray Street B Building Lounge. The Ray Street B building is located in uppercampus on Ray Street which is off of North College Avenue. During check in, Parking and unloading in the parking lot outside of the building. Campers will be housed in the Ray Street B building for the duration of the camp. You will need to check in first then unload your belongings once you are given the keys. Our first session is at 1pm so please come early so you can relax and eat before the games begin. Check-out is Wednesday July 18th at 11:30-1pm after room check.

Driving Directions to the Main Athletic Complex at the
University of Delaware 

From the North and the East:

I-95 South to Delaware exit 1-B, Route 896 north. The David Nelson Athletic Complex, marked by the Bob Carpenter Sports/Convocation Center, is located on the right just after Routes 4/896 intersection.

From the South and the West:

I-95 North to Maryland Exit 109B, Route 279 north (also called Route 2). Proceed on this road which becomes Elkton Road into Newark. Turn right at the intersection of Routes 2 (279) and 4. Turn left at intersection of Routes 4/896. The David Nelson Athletic Complex, marked by the Bob Carpenter Sports/Convocation Center, is located on the right.
